Prints
After exhaustive tests with different papers, we use what is arguably the world's best archival paper and archival pigment inks. Our prints have an incredible luminance and depth to them that rivals everything else that we have seen, including that of traditional fibre based darkroom paper. The paper has a 100% cotton base which gives the images a subtle three dimensional quality and presence. We are exceptionally proud of them.
Archival Permanence
Our colour prints have a 200 year archival rating and our black and white prints can expect to look like the day they were produced for the next 400 years! For reference, traditional colour darkroom paper lasts as little as 30 years before colours fade. We do recommend artworks are positioned away from direct sun.
Frames
Our framers are hugely experienced and craftsman in their own right. Prints are perfectly mounted on rigid substrates and then framed with the very best timber mouldings. We use UV rated, museum grade acrylic which is made specifically for framing. This is not only lightweight (which makes hanging your artwork easier) but also much tougher than glass, while retaining perfect clarity.
